Hi! my name is Sarah and I've enjoyed creating from a young age and have tried my hand at many crafts growing up, but from the first time I sat at a spinning wheel I knew I had found my real passion. I have been spinning yarn for around 10 years which has led me into a number of related yarns crafts including crochet, weaving and embroidery.
The main inspiration has always been from nature, borne from a love of hill walking and more recently from the rivers and canals since moving onto my narrowboat home.
Small batch handspun yarns, hand dyed and blended batts, rolags and roving. All made on my floating home. craft workshops.

With 10 years experience in my craft I started to teach around 4 years ago, the passing on of these heritage skills is also something I get great joy from and recognise the importance for our wellbeing as well as the connection with other by sharing these skills.
